You know the drill.
- I Will Survive - Cake
- Ghiore Dos - The Bulgarian Women's Choir [dedicated to the master purveyor of taste]
- Try and Love Again - The Eagles
- Odyssey #5 - Powderfinger
- I Heard That Song Before - Harry James
- Get Out of This House - Shawn Colvin
- We're in Yr Corner - Cornershop
- Righteously - Lucinda Williams
- Objection - Shakira
- Fortune - Airstream
And a little aural dedication:
Your turn.
P.S. Are you as bothered as I am when Gretta Van Susteren utters the words "dildos" and "tampon wrappers" on a live TV news show?
Not sure if "bothered" is the right word, unless you add "Hot &."
What can I say, I'm a glutton for punishment.

I have longed mocked Cokie Roberts for refusing to say the word "condom," but maybe it was for the best...

Well, at least there's no J-Pop!
Heh. Why you keep bringin' up old stuff?
To be honest, I wanted to skip Asian Power. It's not J-Pop though, only Taiwanese Hip-Hop that sucks, big time (unlike Shawn, MC HotDog, Zhang Zhenyue, and others who don't try real hard to look and sound like bad, hardcore NYC gangstas).

Oh, and the title of their song (#6) means "Wish you a happy Valentine".
Posted by: Jimmy Ho | 30 September 2005 at 19:32
Well, the title sure sounds like a J-Pop song, doesn't it?
