Nice 'maters and peppers. We got two tomatoes this past week that ripened on the vine! That's difficult to achieve for slicing tomatoes in Seattle. Oddly enough, we planted late this year as well.
Also, canned a case of peaches last weekend and will do another this weekend. I love this time of year.
How did you use the harvest? Love the flavor?

I mostly throw the tomatoes on salads. I'm letting the peppers turn red, then dry out. I'm thinking I'll grind the dry peppers into spice to add to mole or make enchilada sauce out of it.

If I were a farmer, I swear I'd grow peppers. They must be the easiest things to grow.
Which is not to take anything away from your accmplishment there, Roxanne. Congrats!

Wait till they find out you're growing your own.
