I guess the "blame Bill" incantation no longer works, so they're going after a new target. But I think they need scare their minions with a more contemporary demon. When Jimmy Carter was elected President, I didn't even have my pubic hair yet.

Please, please do not turn this into a pubic hair discussing blog, I'm begging you.
Jimmy Carter had a huge role in almost wiping out river blindness: http://www.cartercenter.org/news/documents/doc1513.html
He gets little credit for this, because the media likes to pretend that all religious Christians are reightwing nut jobs. I just thought I would point that out and hopefully derail whatever pubic hair discussion you might be planning in this thread.

The first rule of derailing pubic hair conversations is don't talk about pubic hair conversations.

From the linked article:
Despite former President Bill Clinton’s hissy fit recently on Fox News defending his inaction in the war on terror while he and Hillary were running the country, the indisputable fact remains that the terrorists were emboldened by Bubba’s failure to smack them hard when they attacked us overseas. It was only a matter of time before an attack on our home turf occurred. Those chickens finally did came home to roost, but on George Bush’s watch. So W was forced to clean up Clinton’s mess.
And that's just the first paragraph! Hooo boy.. Somehow I couldn't find the strength to continue after plowing through that mass of horse shit. I'd much rather discuss pubic hairs because I think the conversation would have more intellectual value.

First of all, nice graphic at the top of the page.
Secondly, isn't it rather damn convenient that Republicans forget that their Congress refused to abide by the 1994 agreement negotiated by Carter (above Clinton objections) and accepted by Clinton? After all, we never made good on supplying the N. Koreans with civilian nuclear reactors (2, if memory serves) because the Republican Congress refused to let it happen. Japan and China kept their end of that agreement. North Korea, after waiting at least 3 years (according to the CIA), then decided to restart their nuclear program. Who screwed that up, the President who signed the agreement or the Congress who refused to authorize and fund it?

Roxanne, you might want to rethink that last sentence. Way too much personal information. I like my political commentary over here and pubic hair way over there.
