The Intertubes are Overflowing With Media Hack Dumbasses

Exhibit A: Marc Ambinder.

Forget the horse race numbers for a moment: if the surveys are accurate, the polarization within the Democratic Party has reached critical levels. Nearly six in ten Obama supporters in Indiana say they would be dissatisfied if Clinton were the nominee -- that's (I believe) the high percentage of Obama supporters who have ever said that.

Nope. We've never seen that before. Except for, like, once a decade:

People don't remember that in 2000 the ratio was 50-60 percent of Bill Bradly's supporters said they wouldn't vote for Al Gore, and vice versa. Makes today's Obama/Clinton split seem paltry.

During the primary, I collected my Pennsylvania for Obama button and my Obama yardsign and they're both ready to go. My plan is to pout until the convention at which time I will become an full-on Obamabot and henceforth dreamily deny that I ever did not believe with all my heart that he is The Precious.
